2018 is Off to a Fresh Start For Speculative Industrial Development in South West Dublin
Exeter Property Company has appointed contractors for the construction of a new 110,000 sq. ft. state-of-the-art logistics facility at Greenogue Business Park, just minutes from the Naas Road at Rathcoole. On completion, the company expects to employ over 200 people at the facility, whilst over 50 jobs will be created during construction.
“With the absence of any new supply of logistics facilities in this sub-market for almost 10 years, the new logistics facility will be of significant interest to logistics and 3PL users supporting nationwide distribution. Greenogue and Aerodrome Business Parks are one of Ireland’s biggest industrial campus (C. 350 acres). It is an important commercial and services centre for the region, comprising a mix of modern industrial, warehousing and manufacturing facilities.
