Aspira aquires B-TEC Solutions and creates 50 jobs

aspiraAspira, the Irish-owned enterprise IT project specialists, has announced it is to create 50 new jobs as well as to acquire IT services firm, B-TEC Solutions.

Most of new positions will be based at the headquarters of IT project specialists Aspira in Cork, with some at the company’s Dublin office.

They will be rolled out over the next 18 months and will include project management, business analysis and software development roles.

Aspira, saying it had seen growth of 65% in 2015 due to a number of new project wins, also announced the €1.5m acquisition of IT services firm B-TEC Solutions.

Aspira chief executive Pat Lucey said; “We forecast overall sales to more than double over the next three years, with international sales growing faster again.”

An Taoiseach Enda Kenny will officially open Aspira’s new state-of-the-art headquarters in Little Island, Cork later today.

Aspira is an Irish company based in Dublin and in Cork, specializing in delivery of services to the Financial Services, I.T., Medical Devices and Energy sectors, they have consistently deliver growth of 40% per annum and won numerous awards.
