Online home insurance broker Insuremyhouse.ie is to create 50 new jobs as part of a three-year expansion programme.

The new roles will be across sales, advisory and administration areas, with recruitment beginning immediately.

The firm will also relocate from its Ballsbridge base to a larger office in Terenure in Dublin.

The new office, based in the old location of the Daily Star newspaper in Terenure, has been refurbished and can cater for up to 150 employees.

Their current premises in Ballsbridge is also home to its umbrella brands insuremyvan.ie, coverinaclick.ie, insuremyshop.ie, and lifebroker.ie and the CFM Group, which is the commercial and corporate end of the business insuring all types of businesses from pubs, to supermarkets, to motor fleets etc.

Managing Director at Insuremyhouse.ie, Jonathan Hehir said, “Since we first launched Insuremyhouse.ie in January 2010 we have experienced significant growth and we have subsequently launched insuremyhouse.ie, coverinaclick.ie, insuremyvan.ie, lifebroker.ie, and insuremyshop.ie.

“We have also grown our staff numbers from 3 in 2009 to 55 in 2015 – in the past 6 months alone we have taken on 16 new recruits. However, I believe the next 12 – 24 will be a period of even more rapid expansion – beginning with the 50 positions we plan to fill by this time next year.”
