Brussels, Belgium, – Thermo King, a manufacturer of transport temperature control solutions for a variety of mobile applications and a brand of Ingersoll Rand, has a new standard limited warranty on a select number of its vehicle powered refrigeration units (VP units) in Europe, Middle East and Africa.

The new standard limited warranty expands coverage from 12 months to 24 months or 3,000 total hours of operation. The new standard limited warranty applies to new VP units controlled by the Direct Smart Reefer (DSR) controller, which are manufactured in the Thermo King plant in Barcelona.
