Voxpro Expansion to Create 400 New Jobs in Dublin

Cork-based multilingual customer experience and technical support providers Voxpro, announced on Tuesday, November 30, that it intended to create 400 new jobs, alongside the launch of a new Dublin office located in the Silicon Docks.

Voxpro currently operates centres in Cork, Dublin, California and Georgia, USA. The company delivers customer support to customers in over 32 countries internationally. Voxpro’s partners include Google, Airbnb and Nest.

This announcement will see Voxpro’s total number of jobs in Ireland grow to over 2,000  over the next 12-18 months. The company has grown fivefold over the last 3 years.

Voxpro CEO Dan Kiely said: “We continue to be inspired by the disruptive innovators that we work with, who are changing the world and going after the parts of the internet yet to be built. As our partners scale and evolve, we engineer the world’s best customer experiences, optimising their ability to compete, grow and conquer.”

Minister for Housing, Planning & Local Government Simon Coveney said: “Companies like Voxpro are pioneering leaders in their industry and their dedication to growing their presence here in Ireland is fantastic to see. I want to wish them the very best of luck with their new office and future plans”.

Voxpro also recently announced the appointment of two new senior executive team members: Brian Hannon as Chief Commercial Officer and Christina Kenny as Chief People Officer. Also joining as an Advisor to the company is Soundwave CEO and lead on bots and AI at Spotify, Brendan O’Driscoll.

Mary Mitchell O’Connor, Minister for Jobs, Enterprise and Innovation, said “Voxpro is an example for every entrepreneur and ambitious company in Ireland that it is possible to build a scalable company that can compete internationally by diversifying into new markets.”
