80 jobs announced for Derry
Insurance giant AXA has announced this morning that it will be creating 80 new jobs for it’s Customer Contact Centre of Excellence in Springtown Business Park, Derry.
The jobs announcement follows February’s news that AXA Insurance had told its staff in Dublin city centre that their jobs were moving to Derry.
AXA says the new roles will service its customers throughout the Island of Ireland supporting the company’s customer service, claims and sales operations.
A spokesperson said: “AXA are looking for enthusiastic and friendly people who can provide great service for our customers. Full training, flexible shift patterns and a competitive salary will be offered.
It is not clear how many of the company’s staff in Dublin took up the offer of a relocation to Derry.
AXA currently employs 200 staff in Derry and is looking to boost that by 80, the company says they are looking for enthusiastic and friendly people and are offering full training, flexible shift patterns and a competitive salary.
