Duma_Combi_ApplicationPeople who take medication know how important the patient information leaflet is, but they also never know where to put it when the pack has been opened. Once a tablet container has been opened, and the leaflet taken out and read, it’s generally very difficult to fold it up neatly again so that it fits back inside.

“Duma Combi was designed to provide our customers with additional space on the outside surface for design elements, and to offer the user additional convenience,“ said Niels Düring, Global Executive Vice President Plastic Packaging.

More convenience for patients

Gerresheimer is showcasing the new Duma Combi plastic packaging at Pharmapack in response to patient demand for more convenience because it has a compartment for tablets plus a separate compartment for the patient information leaflet. It’s a clever and space-saving way to store the tablets and information leaflet together.

The leaflet compartment contains all the relevant information that would otherwise be printed on the pack, which means there is more space on the outside surfaces for the manufacturer’s logo and branding. The container’s rectangular design also makes space-saving packing for transportation possible and it’s convenient to stack.

Duma Combi offers plenty of space for distinctive and attractive branding.

Pharmapack visitors can find Gerresheimer at Stand 801 & 802 in Hall 5.2, near the main entrance.
